24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellation outcomes depend on when a lesson is canceled.

The 24-hour period is calculated based on the scheduled lesson start time. This policy helps protect time reserved in Leonid's teaching schedule and applies equally to all students.

When a Student Cancels

More than 24 hours before the lesson

• Your lesson can be rescheduled to another available time.
• No lesson is lost.
• There are no additional fees.

Less than 24 hours before the lesson

• The lesson cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• The lesson is considered completed because the time was reserved exclusively for you.

Since this time is blocked in advance, it is usually not possible to offer the lesson slot to another student at short notice.

When Leonid Cancels

If Leonid needs to cancel a lesson:

• The lesson will be rescheduled to another mutually convenient time.
• You will never lose a lesson because of a cancellation by Leonid.
• You will be notified as early as possible.

Rescheduling Lessons

Lessons may be rescheduled if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances, but they are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Lesson Bundles

Lessons are purchased as part of a lesson bundle.

• Each scheduled lesson uses one hour from your bundle.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your lesson, one hour will still be deducted from your bundle, even if you do not attend.
• If you cancel more than 24 hours before the lesson, your lesson can be rescheduled and no hour will be deducted from your bundle.

This policy ensures that the time reserved specifically for you is respected and allows Leonid to provide a consistent schedule for all students.
